A co-worker gave it to me knowing I liked books like that. Also, I'm from Minnesota and very familiar with where this book took place so it was rather neat reading a book on places I've been! I now live in Oklahoma so whenever I get a little homesick I read one of her Minnesota based books.

My mother borrowed it from a friend and loved it. She said I should read it, so I did and I've been hooked on her books ever since. ~Melody~Orange Princess

I love her style. No blings blings. Just the average family and the problems that go along with that. I loved the message of family and the bonds that keep them going after each battle.
